Saima Khan, founder of The Hampstead Kitchen, whose culinary journey has taken her from London to royal residences and global gatherings, brings her signature style of story-led, generous feasting to The Maltings for one night only. Saima will welcome you, introduce each dish – including jewelled saffron rice laden with Norfolk lobster and prawn, vibrant salads and slow-roasted saffron potatoes.
